Rocket Mozzafiato Fast Type R

The Mozzafiato FAST R brings true commercial espresso performance into the home, combining Rocket Espresso’s latest engineering with refined Italian design. Built for speed, precision, and consistency, the FAST technology platform ensures rapid 12-minute heat-up times and stable brewing conditions, so you can produce exceptional espresso with minimal wait and maximum control.

Developed and refined at Rocket Espresso Milano, the Mozzafiato range represents over two decades of innovation. The FAST R model enhances this legacy with modern performance upgrades, making it a standout choice for serious home baristas who want café-quality results without compromise.

The Mozzafiato FAST R features a rotary pump, delivering quiet operation and consistent pressure, along with the flexibility to either use the internal water reservoir or connect directly to mains water. This makes it ideal for both benchtop setups and more permanent coffee stations.

Equipped with advanced temperature management and a digital shot timer, the FAST R gives you precise control over extraction, allowing you to fine-tune grind size and shot duration with confidence. The machine’s thermal system is engineered for stability, ensuring consistent brewing and steaming performance even during back-to-back use.

Wrapped in a polished stainless steel body with the signature Mozzafiato flat-sided cast alloy panels in black or stainless, this machine balances timeless aesthetics with modern functionality, making it a centrepiece in any coffee setup.
