The Mozzafiato Cronometro is available in two models, the Tipo V with a vibrational pump
and the Tipo R with a rotary pump and the option to plumb the unit into an existing water
supply. Both models are fitted with Cronometro technology, integrating a digital shot timer
that allowing the user complete control over their espresso flow and grind setting. Each
machine is also fitted with an adjustable PID controller to regulate the temperature of the
boiler and fine tune the flavour of the resulting espresso.
Fitted with a 1.8lt boiler matched with an intelligent thermosyphon system, this machine
delivers consistent temperature and pressure, allowing the user uncompromised control
over the brewing and steaming process. With individually cast alloy side panels, this
timeless classic delivers both style and function that will fit perfectly into any coffee set-up.
