ALL machines will incur a $95 quote fee to be paid in advance. This fee is non-refundable
should:

• The customer opt not to proceed with the repair
  OR
• The machine is not repairable* due to either age or parts availability*To be determined by our technicians.

Average cost of service (not including major parts, such as element, pump, etc..) are:

• Small to Medium domestic machines (Via Venezia,
  Saeco Domestic, Lelit, Melitta, Gaggia, etc) – $120 – $180
• Semi commercial and automatic machines (Giotto,
  Vibiemme, Saeco, Bezzera) – $350- $450

Customers will be notified and quoted the costs of repair prior to repairs should
these costs exceed:

• $150(incl gst) for all small to medium domestic machines
• $300(incl gst) for all semi commercial and automatic
  machines

Please Note: All repairs that exceed $500, Caffe Bianchi reserves the
right to charge 50% of the estimated repair cost in advance in order
to facilitate parts purchases.
