Built for busy service, set up for consistency

High volume service needs a machine that stays consistent across shifts. The La Marzocco Linea Classic S (av) combines programmable doses with shot timers, so baristas can track extraction time and repeat recipes.

It also uses dual boilers and Dual PID, keeping coffee and steam temperatures steady. During the morning rush, the half turn steam valve helps you move from espresso to milk without extra hand movement.

Install the machine and connect to the correct power supply. Set coffee and steam boiler temperatures using Dual PID control. Program AV doses using the 3 button interface, then start the shot and watch the timer. Steam milk with the half turn steam valve, then repeat with confidence across groups.
