Do you repair coffee machines?
We offer repairs on coffee machines and a variety of other products. For a full list of brands and conditions, visit our repairs page.
Are orders shipped internationally?
Yes! We offer Australia wide and international shipping from our store. For more information about estimates to your city or town, drop us a line.
Do you offer discounts on large coffee orders?
A 15% discount to coffee orders over 5kg as long as they are purchased in 1kg bags.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds or credits will be provided in the case of spoilage, spillage, damage, or an error on our part.
Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
