This excellent grinder features hard wearing conical burrs that give consistently good grind results and are fully adjustable in very small incremental steps from coarse to fine. Placing your portafilter handle directly under the stainless steel chute pushes a micro-switch which activates the grinder dispensing the ground coffee directly into the filter.
The Lelit PL043MMI coffee grinder is a good quality conical burr coffee grinder which is guaranteed to grind fine enough for espresso and can also be adjusted easily for plunger or drip.
The PL043MMI has micro-metric adjustment which is widely regarded as the most accurate method of adjustment for espresso coffee grinders. The MicroMetric adjuster works via a worm gear so that a turn on the adjustment knob results in a small change to the actual grind size. This allows the barista a great deal of control over the grind size.
The Lelit Combi has the PL043MMI grinder (with MicroMetric adjuster) built in.
